This month, Wison's coal chemical plant in Nanjing Chemical Industrial Park sees its first overhaul.
In order to ensure that all facilities of the plant meet the safety codes and hidden risks are completely eliminated, this first overhaul covers numerous items including catalyst replacement, perlite removal and installation of cold boxes, cleaning of water recycling system, maintenance of gasification, purification, synthesis, and waste heat recovery power generation facilities, and relocation of the intermediate tank zone. In particular, the successful relocation of the tank zone will lay a good foundation for the commissioning of the new syngas plant in the Phase II construction and the linkage between Phase I and Phase II.
It is expected that it will take over 20 days to complete the overhaul. And the overhaul will proceed synchronously with the maintenance plans of long-term customers in order to minimize the impacts on their normal production. Wison will accomplish the overhaul systematically and try its best to ensure the successful restart of the plant.
