On March 17, 2011, Fushun Petrochemical Company held a meeting to summarize and commend its 2010 engineering construction and to mobilize its staff for 2011.
The Fushun Petrochemical Project Department was praised for its excellent project management team. Chief Project Engineer Mingchun Wan was praised as a "Model of Engineering Construction", while Project HSE manager Chaoyang Wu was named the "Construction Star of the Year".
