Shanghai, China, 17 May 2013 –Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (“Wison Engineering” or the “Company”, SEHK stock code: 2236, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), the largest private sector chemical engineering, procurement and construction management (“EPC”) service provider in China in terms of revenue for 2011, is pleased to announce that the Company has been designated a constituent of the MSCI Global Small Cap Indices, effective after the close of business on 31 May, 2013, according to an announcement by MSCI Inc. on 15 May, 2013.
