Shanghai, 13 May 2015 – Wison Engineering Services Co. Ltd. (“Wison Engineering” or the “Company”, SEHK stock code: 2236; together with its subsidiaries known as the “Group”), one of the largest private sector chemical engineering, procurement and construction management (“EPC”) service providers in China, is pleased to announce that the Company has been named by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) as a constituent of the MSCI China Small Cap Index, effective from the market close of 29 May 2015 (Friday).
The inclusion of Wison Engineering as the constituent of the MSCI China Small Cap Index reflects that the Company’s sustainable development and future outlook is widely recognized in international capital market.
