After the commissioning of reaction gas compressor, Wanhua 750 kta propane dehydrotreating (PDH) fire heater started firing and heating at 17:10 on June 15. Wison Engineering provides engineering design, procurement and technology service for the project. The furnace has kept constant temperature at 120℃ and 320℃ respectively for a few hours, and then reached up to the working temperature (650℃) directly for sintering and drying. The plant is proven to be operating properly.
The 750 kta propane dehydrotreating (PDH) fire heater kicked off design in December 2012, the first batch of materials and equipment arrived in September 2013 and is expected to launch for operation in July 2015.
