On November 28, 2015, Wison Engineering was invited to attend a new products launching conference held by Shanxi Lu'an Nake C1 Chemical Co., Ltd. (Nake). The leading poly α olefin products of medium-high viscosity with high quality and high performance was yielded by the 40 kta synthetic base oil and 20 kta environmental solvent oil plant which was designed by Wison. With a solid design capability and good on-site service, Wison won high praise from the owner.
The project adopted a new process which was applied in industrial plant for the first time in China. As a R&D project originated from the lab, there were not any ready-made process package and basic design documents, and even not pilot plant test. By exerting its profound understanding on technology and its rich experience on engineering, Wison Engineering successfully completed the enlarged design work for the commercial plant on the basis of laboratory data. The project verified Wison’s excellent design capability and enriched its performance in coal to liquid industry.
Wison Engineering started feasibility study and engineering design for the 40 kta synthetic base oil and 20 kta environmental solvent oil project from October 2013, and completed the whole design work within one year. The project yielded qualified products at its intinial commisionning in August 2015.
