Wison Engineering recently delivered a 300 KTA PE plant and PE/PP packaging warehouse to Shaanxi Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical Company Ltd. (“PCEC”) under an EPC contract, demonstrating the Company’s management capability in design, procurement and construction management.
The PE plant was the main part of a 700kta coal-to-olefins project of PCEC. Wison Engineering provided overall design, basic engineering design, detail design, procurement and construction management services for the 300kta PE plant. To date, Wison Engineering has completed air tightness for all systems and loaded the powder and filled catalysts. The project department of Wison Engineering acts in strict compliance with the requirements of the owner so as to carry out all preparations for commissioning and to ensure feeding safely and successful start-up.
The partnership between Wison Engineering and PCEC started from 2010 when Wison’ s proprietary MTO olefin separation technology was adopted in PCEC’s 700kta Coal-to-Olefin project, which saw the successful start-up of the DMTO unit last month. In 2012, Wison Engineering was awarded another EM+PC contract by PCEC to provide design management, procurement and construction services for a 700kta Coal-to-Olefin project’s utility unit and auxiliary facilities, which has been launched for use to guarantee the successful feeding of all units.
